  By far the worst place I have ever been to. I trusted them to do a simple oil change, not knowing any better, and less than 30 days later my engine locked up due to oil leaking out. This is something that should NEVER happen from a basic service, and it clearly shows negligence. What makes it even worse is how they handled the situation. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing concern, the store manager immediately tried to blame me. No accountability, no effort to investigate what went wrong, and no willingness to make things right. Just excuses and finger-pointing. I’m now left without a car because of their mistake, which has completely disrupted my daily life. Transportation, work, and everything else have been affected, and they have shown zero urgency or care to help resolve the issue. This experience has been beyond frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. A simple oil change should not turn into a full engine failure, and customers should not be treated this way when something goes wrong.

  Valvoline’s service appears to have caused damage to my vehicle, specifically affecting the transmission and causing an oil leak. Despite reporting the issue promptly, the company has failed to properly address or resolve the matter.

  This is my 2nd visit here for an oil change. This visit was much faster than my first visit. The staff was full and they were getting it done fast and efficiently. The attendant explained in detail what I might need done soon, such as transmission flush, tire rotation, etc... Staff is always pretty friendly and answer all my questions if I have any. I have no complaints. Took all of 15 mins today if even that. Thanks, guys! Fast service, fair price.

  My service light was on, so I went in to get an oil change. They scanned my coupon code did everything they needed to do and then realized that although it had been many months, my mileage didn’t warrant an oil change and when they checked, the oil was clean so they sent me on my way. This is the kind of service that you would hope for and expect they are my go to Service for oil change for my previous car, for this car and for all cars.

  Ridiculous experience just now. Been coming here since it opened last year-ish, usually understaffed but nice people. I pull in bay 2 with two black sedans next to me and no one else in line. They move me to serve one of the other sedans that was there before me- totally makes sense. They then proceed to tell me that the two cars who pulled in after me will take the other two bays and I will be waiting another 30 minutes before they even get to my car. When I pointed out that I was there before the other two cars, the response was “no you weren’t”. I said yes I was, guy said sorry we only have three people working so you just have to stay behind this car EVEN THOUGH the other two cars who got there after me were literally behind me. Makes no sense. I get being short staffed, I get longer than usual wait times, all of that I have overlooked in the past because I genuinely liked the staff, who always in the past communicated well and were at least on top of it, even though they were a little slow. If you are reading this waiting in line trying to figure out what is going on with the wait times, there is an Express Oil literally two minutes down S Cobb that is at least properly staffed.
