Love the cat wash... but the service i got today . April 9. I understand they close at 8. But it's 750. It's not like they wash my car personally. They just had to let me in.
Terrible customer service. I recently signed up for unlimited service. My card was charged and I went to use the wash a couple of weeks later. They told me my service was expired. The person at the stand was not helpful, acts confused, and lost. The manager is also unavailable to help. They give you a number to customer service who only respond through email. I was then told the person that signed me up, only signed me up for a single wash and not unlimited. They also don’t answer the phone. Lastly they don’t have enough vacuums for the number of customers here. Vacuums also have poor suction. Would not recommend.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. I have realistic expectations for an automatic car wash. I know they won’t get every single spot, but this one barely seemed to touch the back bumper of our truck.
These photos were taken after going through the wash twice. To their credit, they did allow us to go through a second time, which is the only reason I’m not giving one star. However, no one came out to actually look at what was missed or make any adjustments to the wash. When I tried to ask about it after the second time, I was told they don’t offer refunds.
It didn’t feel like they really cared about the issue, and sending us through the exact same wash again without addressing the problem didn’t make much sense.
The vacuums and towels were decent, which is good because I ended up having to wipe down most of the exterior myself. Something that’s clearly evident in the before-and-after photos of the back bumper.
Overall, pretty disappointing. I won’t be coming back, as it felt like a waste of money. If you’re only going to wash half the vehicle, at least charge half price.
Today, I visited Take 5 Car wash! I must say that I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. The bathroom was clean with soap and paper towels, not to mention the cleanliness and the smell was good too! The garbage cans were not filled to the top where you couldn’t put trash in the garbage cans. Tony & Robert were very kind and asked me if I needed any help. Keep up the good work! Love the change in staff!

Very difficult to cancel. Spent 30+ minutes here with two associates trying to be helpful but sadly, to no avail. When I put my membership number into their cancel website, it do not recognize my membership. The associates at the store insisted they’d let someone know and I’d be contacted. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve received no contact. I’m now holding for their customer service number (10 minutes and counting).
If customer service matters to you, I’d recommend finding another car wash service.
