We've had our oil changed here several times, and I've purchased tires within the last year or so. Today, I had a run-in with a curb which left some marks on one of my tires that I found concerning (as a non-expert), so I swung by and asked if they could check it out. The gentleman who helped me (whose name I did not catch) hopped on checking it out. He was able to reassure me that I had not done significant damage to my tire, and he even checked the air pressure in my tires, all at no cost.

He gave me great customer service, fixed my problems gave me insight on warranty and things I didn’t know about my car. I appreciate him a lot. Also, Justin did a great job on my car. They were brutally honest and worked their way towards set prices for everything needed. As a Miami woman who knows a good amount about cars (since I know men and how they are with women in repair shops) they were trustworthy, honest, and real from the start. Got all tires done w a happy look on my face:) Would recommend for anyone! Been living in GA for 4 years and they are everything and more.

I knew exactly where to bring my car for routine services and tires as soon as I became a driver. Regardless of the location I know I can expect great service. I brought my car to this Mavis location as a repeat customer on 3/14 for an oil change but unbeknownst to me, I had an oil leak. Mavis wasn’t able to perform my oil change and referred me back to the shop that performed my prior oil plan replacement. The service manager, Grant, was super helpful in explaining the issue, even providing me with photos and videos. Despite Mavis being unable to complete my service, they topped my oil off and rotated my tires free of charge. Thank you to this location for continued great service!
