I took my truck in at noon for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. When I came back at 5, the only thing completed was the oil change. They told me they couldn’t rotate the tires because the lug nuts were seized.
The next day, I went to another shop—they finished the tire rotation in 30 minutes with no issues, and none of the lug nuts were seized.
Wasted money on uber and my time.
Make that make sense.

I had an amazing experience at this tire shop! I came in with a tire issue and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. The team was not only professional but also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and genuinely caring, and they really went above and beyond. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made everything.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!

Let me start by saying I had such an awesome experience at this tire shop. From the time I walked in the door, I experienced a very welcoming and helpful environment. Quincy is outstanding, his service exceeded all expectations as this was my first time doing business with Mavis Tire. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed without any unnecessary extra expense. He was very knowledgeable and honest. My observation was that Quincy surely cares about his customers and takes pride in the service he and his team provide. The service I received was done efficiently, and my car is driving better than ever. This location combined not only superb customer service, but quality work, and a friendly and professional atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable top-notch service. Quincy truly deserves 10 stars as I received outstanding service from start to finish!

I would not recommend coming here near closing time if you need actual service. I arrived with a flat tire 21 minutes before closing, and the young man at the front initially told me they could not help because it would take 25–30 minutes. I even asked him if he was serious, because I genuinely thought he might be joking, but he confirmed they would not be able to assist.
After some back-and-forth—and only after I became visibly upset—they finally checked my tire. They did have a tire in my size and were able to change it before 6:00 PM, which makes the initial refusal even more frustrating.
While I was there, another gentleman came in just asking for a quote on tires and was told, “We’re closed,” even though the doors were still unlocked. If the business is open, customers should at least be treated with basic courtesy and consistent service.
Overall, this was very disappointing.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too serious to ignore.
I brought my vehicle in for a routine tire service, and immediately afterward, the car became dangerously unstable. The wheel felt like it was going to come off while driving at highway speeds, I genuinely felt my safety was at risk. This was not an issue prior to my visit.
I returned to have it corrected, and after a second attempt, the problem still wasn’t resolved. At that point, I had no choice but to take my vehicle to Honda. They identified a seized lug nut and damage to the wheel assembly, including a broken component, damage directly related to the work performed.
What’s most troubling is the lack of accountability. I was told they reviewed “video and audio” and claimed I had been warned beforehand—this is completely untrue. When I asked to see the footage, I was denied and expected to simply take their word for it.
To make matters worse, I was told a regional manager would contact me, and that never happened.
I did not ask for anything beyond reimbursement for the repair required to fix their mistake. Instead, I was met with deflection and a complete disregard for customer safety and honesty.
If you value your vehicle and your safety, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
