  Had a terrible experience almost a month ago now and still dealing with getting the money that was held back. Returned the car in the same condition it was recieved. They put out a claim saying I had damages to the vehicle in a part of the vehicle no one could see i.e. it must have been there before it was rented out. I called the claims number and through a series of transfers I got someone to review my case. Ultimately they took ownership for the damages and I was told id recieve my money that was held. Its been over 2 weeks now so I called the rental place back and they said it doesn't show returned on their end but theres nothing they can do and I would have to call claims again. Called them back and received a rude lady who transferred me to another lady who said check back in a week because there's others ahead of you and I need to escalate it so it can go BACK to the rental place and they can release it..... This is just ridiculous, obviously you owe me money as the claim was closed and I was not held responsible. Both parties were unprofessional and of no help. Will not be going back to this location or any other enterprise. Extremely disappointed in this business

  I went through enterprise multiple times before, but this was my first time going through my extended warranty company. Tyler and Ty were extremely helpful and patient. It’s not often you come across people in customer service who genuinely go above. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant rental experience. Thank you guys again for being so helpful and understanding. Best enterprise I’ve gone to.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If I could give a zero I would. The enterprise employee named Ty definitely is the example of horrible customer service and is a disgrace to the company enterprise and what they stand for. I had my claim from Geico sent to this Cumberland location. I called Ty at 12pm to confirm that they would have the vehicle ready by the time I got off at 4pm. She said just call before you come, which I did. I got to the location and Ty said they didn’t have a car, but give her until 5:30pm and she would call me and let me know if she could get one. 5:30pm came, no call from Ty. Keep in mind they close at 6pm, so I called the location at 5:35 pm. Her co worker answered and said she was finishing up With a customer and would be on The phone shortly. Ty never came to the phone and I was on hold for about 20 minutes. No click over to say “ thanks for holding, would you like to hold on or for me to call you back”. None of that in which a person who knows customer service would do. Luckily I was close by, so while still on hold, I drove back to the location. Only to walk in and see Ty doing nothing but browsing through her phone with no customers in the store. She looked at me as if she never saw me and asked “ may I help you”. Beyond frustrated because I just came in there, we just spoke about my claim to get a car, my time has been wasted and I still had no car. So Ty proceeds to say, call her tomorrow at 9am and we’ll have a car for you. The next day comes, I call the location at 9am, Ty answers the phone and places me on hold , FOR 10 minutes without clicking back over to check on the customer that you just placed on hold. I hang up after being on hold. Ty then calls me from her personal cell phone and was about to apologize for placing me on hold and then she stopped mid sentence. She then said that she had a car for me but she wanted me to confirm some information. At this time, I’m beyond pissed because you’ve constantly showed me that my time as a customer is not valued. So I told Ty to have the car ready and I’ll Be up there soon , and then hung up. Ty then called me back a minute later, I didn’t answer the phone because I was already beyond frustrated from her lack of communication and customer service. She left me a voicemail that says she now doesn’t have a car for me and I can go somewhere else with my reservation from Geico. My issue is that she wasted my time and never valued me as a customer. This is exactly why I choose Avis over enterprise because of people like Ty. You wasted my time and lied to me. She definitely should not represent enterprise because if this is what you all call customer service, you’ll never have success at this location. It blows my mind how employees like Ty don’t get that customer service is what makes the business thrive. Customers are the reason you have a paycheck. But I’ll never come Back to this location as long as she is there. And I’ll definitely go out my way to make sure others don’t experience what I did.

  Great Customer service and My car is available no Excuses. Easy return.Great job @ Enterprise Battery!!!! Restored my faith in good service with Rentals . Shout out to the team !
