- MRMr Rayo5 days ago1.0Terrible service. I made a reservation a month in advance for a large vehicle for six people, and today, when I arrived to pick up the car, they told me that no vehicles were available. It is the worst service I have ever received regarding a reservation.

The car I reserved was not available, and the manager said there were no other SUVs available. Reservations with Enterprise had always worked at other locations… Bad business… I hope they can improve this. 👎🏽

The fact that they pick me up from the body-shop and I was able to leave the rental at the body-shop as well, saved me a lot of time and stress. I am very pleased with the service.

But I found myself needing a rental car and Enterprise was really my only option close to my house. My experience with the 2221 S. Cobb Drive in Smyrna location changed my opinion. While they initially didn’t have the car I requested at the location, I got a call hours bedore my reservation time letting me know this and also ensuring me that they would have a comparable car ready when I got there. They certainly delivered, giving me a beautiful new Chevy Traverse, allowing for the size car/room that I needed, and it was in excellent condition. Also the customer service at this location was excellent, quick check-in and car pick up, and they also had after hours drop off available so I could return on Sunday. I will continue with this location of Enterprise as they have changed my Outlook on remaining a customer. Thank you S Cobb team!
