I’m not happy with the outcome of the percentage. Tried to talk to the owner. Instead of the owner being helpful, it was well if that’s what you asked for then that’s what you got. I wouldn’t have minded spending more money to get it redone but the energy was “you get what you get and you don’t get upset”. I was literally planning on getting my other car done here as well. So clearly money wasn’t an issue. But I will just take it somewhere else and get it redone. But owner to customer experience wasn’t all that great. Of course he was helpful when I did bring my car in. But customers are what make a business thrive. 3 Stars Update: Alex the Manager contacted me and helped me get this resolved. Great customer service from him. I would go back. 5 Stars
