When I called to get clarity, the manager informed me that he “wasn’t going back and forth” with me and that “$20 wasn’t going to break him” because he “makes more money in an hour.” This response was highly unprofessional and completely unnecessary when the only expectation was to make my daughter’s vehicle whole again. He ultimately agreed to replace both panels, but the manner in which he handled the conversation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
