I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still doing an excellent job. My car came out looking spotless! You can tell the team really cares about the quality of their work and making sure customers leave satisfied.
I especially want to mention the assistant manager Hunter , who went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They were very attentive, checked on the progress of my vehicle, and made sure the staff handled everything with care. It’s always nice to see someone in management who leads by example and treats customers with respect.
Overall, this is one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Great service, great staff, and excellent attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
I came to this spot and I am so happy with my service as well as the staff. They are very professional and courteous. I will definitely continue to come back as this is my first time. They are amazing!

Well I started an unlimited membership here because of the good price, but guess I will be canceling in the morning.
As I just Left the facility at 6:50 upon them closing early without a reason as to why.
I understand some businesses have pre-closing duties and responsibilities before you officially close And that those may be impacted by customers or vice versa but if you state you’re open and taking customers until 7 PM Then that should be the case. Otherwise, put accepts last vehicle 10 Or 15 minutes before 7.
It’s really frustrating when you’ve been fighting Atlanta traffic on a Monday after work to get there for a brief wash just to get off the last two days rain to just get turned away.
I’ve never had issues with my previous like this - and they provided microfiber towels too! This place doesn’t? Odd.

Customer service is awful vacuums barely works and the last three times I came the changes and clothes were unavailable. Also after going through the car wash the staff turned off the vacuums when I got ready to use them. At the very least wait for your customers to finish and leave or don’t let them in at all. For 4 more dollars I can go to scrubs up the street and get more amenities and better customer service they even have a machine that cleans all kinds of mats
This location has not had towels or cleaning sprays available for the past three weeks, going on a month. When I asked about it, I was told the reason was that the washers and dryers were not in service. If that’s the case, perhaps the car wash should not be operating until basic supplies can be provided. Customers don’t come here just to wash their cars—we also need towels and sprays to properly wipe them down.
I also tried calling customer service, but the representative Riza I spoke with was very disrespectful and disconnected the call. Because of this experience, I ended up canceling my service.
