Braden and Keller were so kind and not only took the time to help me inspect my car (I was worried something was wrong with it) but also gave me a complimentary second wash, which was the highest quality wash they offered, and walked through the car wash as my car went through to see if they could help me understand what happened. It turns out something with the timer on the wash was wrong, so the blow driers were on my car for too long and were so strong they pushed water in, which was a problem they easily fixed. They also recommended the side of the store that had the best vacuums to me to ensure I got the best service, after which Braden helped get the vacuums out for me since they were too tall for me. Thank you Braden and Keller, and Take 5 Car Wash! That was such a pleasant experience and reminded me of the power of simple human acts of kindness to turn someone's whole day around.
