- CSCarter SelbyJun 23, 20251.0This is the absolute worst way to run a business. they do not have any signage outisde for where to go into the store so I cannot even book the truck. Absolutely terrible. I am now using uhaul for how horrible this is.

- MMMattJun 7, 20202.0My truck rental ended-up working fine for my one way trip from GA to MD however I was displeased with a few details. I'm pretty sure I received a 16' box truck instead of the 12' truck I ordered online. The large truck size was difficult to maneuver especially at gas stations and fast food restaurants. A piece of the truck's front grill was missing and its brakes squealed. Additionally, even though I received both email and phone confirmation that my rental would be ready at 7am, the store didn't open until 8am. Not the best experience but it got the job done.
