I blew out 2 tires on a Sunday afternoon with no flexibility to resolve on Monday, due to work deadlines, and not only did Lamont work me in with an already full schedule to install 4 new tires, but Scott single -handedly walked me through the finance process, including calling multiple times to enlist additional assistance while still taking incoming calls from customers. He navigated to the regional manager to ensure my process completed, even though it was the end of the day at closing. He was racing the clock and remained not only calm and professional but actually had jokes throughout the process… you can’t ask for more than that! As if that was not amazing enough, he did EVERYTHING with a smile, hilarious comedy, and story telling that actually turned my entire day around from one of the worst to one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences of ALL TIME!!! Thanks Scott and Lamont!

I wouldn't go back to them and Discount Tire was closed for a party. So, I ended up going to Mavis in Smyrna. When they assessed my car, they found that a previous tire that I recently bought from Wal-Mart had dry rotted and was litterly cracking open. So, I had it changed and got a wheel balance. Well, I came back to Mavis because my car was still shaking and the tire that I just got from Wal-Mart was already losing air. I got an alignment with a discount, but they told me there was a nail in the tire from Wal-Mart. Well, guess what? Wal-Mart didn't add the warranty for the tire!!! So, I had to buy a new one! Mavis matched my tire price from Wal-Mart, and 50 minutes from closing on a Friday a young man agreed to change my tire. I am so grateful for the team at the Smyrna Mavis location. I will definitely be back to get more work done here.
