They keep claiming they’ll charge me more if the vehicle isn’t with me even though an employee told me to just bring in the intoxalock device. They just charged me $100 for a calibration when I had someone bring my vehicle in because they claimed it was a felony for me not to be present, so apparently they’re willing to break the law if you pay them. When I called intoxalock they said that you do not have to be present for a calibration. He then denied lying to my face.
