- JMJas McCallOct 25, 20251.0Women might be (se*-ually) inappropriately touched here. The tall white guy, in his 60s that runs the counter on the Service side, was extremely creepy. He invades personal space and was rubbing my back inappropriately when he was rambling on about some car age non-sense. I had to move away from him on two occasions. It’s clear he doesn’t respect boundaries. I did NOT like being touched. As a customer, there is NO reason to be rubbing on women to have a conversation. The other issue I had is that he gave my mom a $350 quote to do a diagnosis and seemed extremely reluctant to have a mechanic actually take a look at the car—although Jordan was more than happy and tried really hard to help us diagnose the issue. It was as if this old man wanted to only interact with us in an inappropriate way and not actually do his job and assign a mechanic to test drive our call to determine the issue. Will discuss this more on my Tiktok and YouTube channel because I cannot stand sleazy men. To the company: you can save your AI-driven auto message. This story is going public.
