    They are my go to for rentals, for years. I had one incident with a charge issue, but they still made sure that issue was fixed. Outside of that, the process is easy and they have professional staff.

    (CONS) I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Enterprise location due to repeated operational failures and unprofessional staff conduct. First, my vehicle was not ready at the scheduled pickup time, resulting in a 45-minute delay. When a SUV was finally presented, the oil warning light was on, with staffers asking if we still wanted to rent it (sir no) which should never occur if vehicles are being properly inspected prior to rental. Additionally, the vehicle was not properly cleaned. Although it initially smelled heavily of air freshener, by day two of the rental on a 70 degree day a strong sour odor became apparent throughout the SUV. Upon inspection, I discovered a baby’s bottle of milk left under the 3rd row truck, which had clearly been there long enough to create the odor. The excessive air freshener appears to have been used to mask the issue rather than address proper cleaning, which is unacceptable. The location was also clearly understaffed during a high-volume period, causing long waits and unnecessary frustration for customers. The most concerning issue involved a staff member named Ty, whose behavior was entirely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. She rolled her eyes at customers, placed callers on hold mid-sentence without their knowledge, and then made audible negative comments about them. This conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. After returning my vehicle on a Friday, it was not checked in until Tuesday, which I only discovered after calling to address the error. When I raised my concerns, Ty stated she was “too busy to deal with my complaint”, placed me on hold twice and never returned, and offered multiple excuses that reflected internal management issues rather than customer care. When I requested escalation to a manager, her response and demeanor were rude and dismissive. This experience reflects poor management, inadequate staffing, and a lack of accountability. Enterprise should seriously evaluate customer service training, staffing levels, and supervisory oversight at this location. Based on this experience, I would recommend renting from ANY other branch. I’m still awaiting management to contact me to address my issues and charges (and daily interest)! (PROS) At pickup Justin stepped in and became the fixer the the incompetency my family was experiencing- KUDDOS!! Addendum: the below response prevents me from formally submitting this detailed review in writing!!!

    I rented a car from this location for our vacation. The assistant manager Ty was very helpful, quick and efficient. She got me in and out as they were very busy. Even upon return the check-in process her and Tyler got me in and out quickly as well. The service was excellent and I will rent from this location again.

    The team here are amazing. I had the pleasure of working with the same representative twice in the past few weeks. I also talked to two other people. They engaged in friendly conversation and helped to discern a slightly unique situation. Very nicely for the end of the day before the store closed for Christmas. At more than just this location I have encountered great customer service at Enterprise in general. This will definitely be my location for any rental car needs going forward as I live close and they were truly great.
