    The manager and associates were very nice and friendly. I have rented two cars here through work. The vehicles I rented were not maintained, both needed oil changes, both had the check engine light on. On a positive note… the cars served their purpose! If you want a car that is maintained, cleaner and newer go to the airport.

    Really great experience, especially when interacting with the manager who handled my rental process. He wasn't afraid to attend to customers while members of his staff were occupied helping other customers. Also it was nice to receive a free upgrade. The location was easy to navigate to and the entire process was very smooth. Will be considering this location for renting in the future

    I rented a car from this location after an accident a few weeks back. My reservation was made through the at fault drivers insurance and the initial budget allowed me to have a vehicle that felt like it was about to fall apart at any moment. I contacted the insurance company to ask for an equivalent vehicle which was updated in the system after being given the suggestion of the enterprise staff. The next day I called to make sure that the update was visible before arriving and the employee confirmed for me. I then asked how long the vehicle switch would take and was told 10 minutes. My initial checkout process with the lesser car was pleasant and felt there same with the 2nd guy as well before the manger stepped in. When I arrived a car was available but I questioned this because I was told I’d have an SUV by the ins. personnel. At this point the manager stepped in and saw that the amount available for the rental had increased again since that morning. The manager informed me that an upgrade was on the way in shortly and ensured me that I’d be out within a timely manner. After cleaning the car and filling the tank halfway I was able to make good time. There days after receiving the new vehicle I reviewed the paperwork given to me and saw that there was a balance due so I called the location to inquire. The insurance agent previously told me everything would be covered and when I called and spoke to Lauren she also confirmed that I wouldn’t have any fees due. I recognized her name because this was the same person who picked me up from the maintenance shop initially. She was pleasant over the phone but when we met she never greeted or spoke before or during the car ride. A week and change passed and I received a call from Lauren asking me to settle my bill which of course surprised me. I told her that she and I had initially spoken and she told me I didn’t owe. Lauren said she didn’t know why she would have said that but I reminded her that she had. At that point she told me that she wouldn’t be about to release my deposit until I paid. I replied that it was best to contact the insurance company for clarity and payment if she wanted to move forward. Rather than accepting the info, she questioned me down 3 more times until I had to tell her that I was at work and had already recounted the story 4x and needed her to follow up with the appropriate party if she wanted to receive payment and that it was time for me to get off the line. Afterwards, I called the insurance company for rectification and they said they’d get in touch. The next day I received a call back from Lauren telling me that everything was taken care of and that’s she would release my deposit and asked me if I was satisfied with the service outside of the three other issues referring to the financial dispute. I told her that I appreciated the way the manager had engaged with me but overall no and this really rested on her shoulders. Lauren came off very attitudinal and interrogated me about the funds while contradicting herself and being confused about her own words. Even her coworkers told her to fix her attitude when I came in initially. I understand trying to clarify and recover payment but there’s a way to go about it. Please work on that ma’am.
