  I love the South Cobb dr. location. I will never go to any other location. The employee are very nice and friendly. They listen when you talk to them. When I returned the van they asked me how was my ski trip, not how was your trip. I received better help from them, than the toll free number contact. Keep up the good work guys. See you in the summer.

  Unworthy of your hard earned money. I made a reservation here using Costco. I was using my business account and card to rent the vehicle while my business car was as being serviced nearby. Everything was a problem. They didn't have a car available in the class I'd book. They said they couldn't accept my Chase business debit card without some insane verification process. They wanted me to provide a check stub and two utility bills for proof of address. I showed them the utility bills and explained there were no check stubs because I am the owner of the business. They said they couldn't verify the address I gave them even though all of the utility bills showed that address. Then they sat there and googled the address at the counter as if I were some unintelligent fool. I provided State driver's license and they found an issue with that. Then when the manager finally made a decision, he said they can't rent to me because I live an hour away. What in the entire hell kind of lie is that. Look, as a business owner I know when people are lying. My car dealership is on Cobb Parkway so it makes sense that I would rent from a company less than two miles away. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. As a business owner, I am not in the habit of forcing people to take my hard earned dollars. They refused to rent to me so I kindly Uber'd myself to the Avis instead where I was treated with respect and in and out. These local enterprise franchises are run like some sort of disorganized crime syndicate and they prefer to make up rules as they go along. Being in business and blatantly lying to a customer should be a no no. I'm highly disappointed in myself for trusting an Enterprise, to service me in my time of needing knowing that they have a stereotype of being the lower class rental company of all rental companies anyway. I learned my lesson to stay away from poor performing businesses, especially those run by unintelligent leaders who employ rude staff. I couldn't imagine treating customers this way in my line of work. I'll simply stick to Avis, who I used before and even made things right when I was in a hit and run before in one of their rentals. Some companies, some people just do better business. So if you value the money you make, spend it was anyone other than here.
