I decided to stop by the Advance Auto Parts location on S Cobb Drive to see if I could replace the battery myself. When I arrived, Jameka and Bobby came out and professionally diagnosed my vehicle. They ran a full diagnostic (for FREE) and informed me that everything was fine. The battery, alternator, and starter all checked out fine. They were genuinely focused on helping me and saving me money, rather than selling me something I didn’t need. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service they provided. 10/10 recommend this location and their staff. I will never take my car to a dealership again.
