  I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision on 14 J Walter Way in Tyrone/Sharpsburg, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately eased the stress of dealing with collision repairs. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. What stood out most was that I initially feared there might be hidden or extra charges, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. In fact, I was only charged for the work that was actually needed, and they even reduced the total because some repairs turned out not to be necessary. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind. The work itself was both fast and excellent. The repairs were done so well that it’s as if the damage never happened at all—my vehicle looks brand new again. The turnaround was much quicker than I expected, and the quality of craftsmanship was top-notch. Hopefully, I won’t have the need to visit a collision center again anytime soon, but if I ever do, Gerber Collision here will absolutely be my first choice. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family as well.

  Gerber of Sharpsburg did a fantastic job of fixing our daughter's front end! While you never want a go to "Body Shop", when you need help, it is always great to have someone to go to. Braxton took care of us from start to finish and we are very grateful!!

  Very professional, personal, and warm reception and care throughout my issue, which they fixed. This is my favorite, local, long-term auto body repair shop. Thankful for their setting reasonable high standards for customer expectations, communication, and completion of the work.

  Absolutely terrible work. Instead of replacing my trunk lid, they attempted to pull the dent out. The damage was still visible after. The paint was orange peeled to hell. When I mentioned this to Steve, he asked me what I meant by orange peel... You manage a body shop, you HAVE to KNOW what orange peel means! They took it back in to address the issues I found. This was orange peel on the paint, the still visible damage on the trunk, loose fender liners and a cental locking issue. None of the paint and body issues got addressed. They agreed to get a replacement trunk lid. I gave them over a month to find a replacement and they still didn't find one. Nevermind that they are easily found in salvage yards for $300-500 and another body shop had found one in GA in an hour. During this time I noticed that the paint over the body filler was cracking, the 2.3 emblem had been super glued back together, the rear badge came off by just pulling on it and there were loose clips on the bumper and fender liner. I have no idea why they didn't just replace the trunk in the first place and replace the badges, much less use new 3m tape on them. They also don't blend the paint into the rest of the car. Ive done better work using rattle cans in my garage than this. The fender liner that the Newnan location was supposed to deliver to be installed there never got put on. Absolutely terrible experiences with Gerber collision and I would recommend everyone to avoid them.

  They have worked on my car many times as I tend to be a moving target for deer and other people's cars. They do quality work and get the job done in a timely manner. I love to recommend them by word of mouth!
