  I stopped by and ask for air in one tire. They checked out all my tires and told me to have a safe weekend. I pray that they are able to maintain their high level of customer service, because I look forward to doing business with them. Thanks Guys!!

  My family & I have gotten our oil changed & checked here several times & it has always been a great experience. Always friendly & fast service by Jaden & the staff.

  I want to thank Jared and Jacob for assisting my elderly mother in law with kindness when she was stranded due to a flat spare tire across the highway. My husband called 3 or 4 other tire places that were right there, and nobody would assist her. Initially, her tire was flat at Home Depot in PTC and my husband (who was in Marietta) called Discount Tire who was right there and they wouldn't assist at all. A generous by stander came and put on her spare and she passed Discount Tire because she just moved here being recently widowed, and then her spare went flat. This is when Express was called for help and Jacob immediately sent Jared out to help her while someone called the non-emergency and had a Coweta Sherriff come sit with her until I arrived. They went above and beyond and we will be using them in the future!

  "Absolute Heroes – Jarrod and Jacob went way above and beyond!" I cannot express my gratitude enough for Jarrod and Jacob at this Sharpsburg location. My 80+ year old mother had a flat tire on the side of the road, a terrifying situation for her. I was stuck at work all the way in Marietta and felt completely helpless. I frantically called four other tire shops within two miles of her location, and not one of them would agree to go help her roadside. Then I called Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. Jarrod and Jacob didn’t hesitate—they came to the rescue immediately. These young men went way "over and above" their job description. They were not only incredibly professional, but they are just genuinely good people for helping an elderly woman when no one else would. Because of their kindness and exceptional service, my family will be bringing her car back soon to replace the other three tires due to age.
