  Add Ben using National Car Rental since their inception. I’ve always used the Emerald aisle and I just don’t understand why anybody would stand in line inside a terminal to deal with the people behind the Hertz counter. The National Car Rental people are well informed and extremely courteous.

  I had an outstanding experience with Kiara at National Rental at the Savannah Airport! From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Traveling can be stressful, but Kiara made the rental process quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. She took the time to explain my options clearly, made sure I got the best vehicle for my needs, and answered all of my questions with patience and a positive attitude. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and attention to detail—it felt like she truly cared about making my experience a great one. Thanks to Kiara, my trip started off on the right foot. She is a true asset to the team, and I highly recommend asking for her if you’re renting at the Savannah Airport location. Exceptional customer service all around!

  Do not rent from here. Got charged a hidden $400 deposit at the exit gate to the parking lot for a $100 rental 5 days ago and the charge still hasn’t been removed. Go elsewhere

  I have a very good experience at Savannah airport last Friday picking up my rental. Shaneil at the counter was excellent, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable and had very good customer service. Then after dealing with Shaneil at the desk, I met Jasmine outside who assisted me with picking my car and again very good customer service. It was my first time using national and I will definitely be using National again. Keep up the good job guys

  We recently rented a great car at National Car Rental at the Savannah/Hilton Head airport- fantastic experience! Special mention to Romain who checked us out and even placed our baggage on the curb!! He was very helpful and responsive to every need!
