  Ronique was exceptional today during my brake service. I had an excellent experience. I was in and out. My problem with my truck was fixed. She was very kind and friendly. Thank you for a great time.

  My daughter was visiting from Atlanta and has been having some issues with her Subaru, it's okay to drive, but when she's on the highway and goes over 60mph it makes a clacking sound. She's taken it to a couple of mechanics in Atlanta who have all said it was okay and nothing wrong!!! As she was here in town we decided to get the tire balance checked out at the downtown Anderson St location and shout out to Dan the manager as he was able to get us in right away. We needed to go over to the Victory location for the alignment. While we were there, I asked if a mechanic could take a quick test drive. That’s when Leah stepped in, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly thorough and instinctively she identified it. The problem turned out to be the front balance arm. She handled the repair, completed the alignment, and the car is now running perfectly - no more clanking sound! It’s obvious she takes pride in her work and knows exactly what she’s doing. We also received excellent service from Ronique and Kelly—everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and kind. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! If you want, I can make it shorter, more formal, or tailor it for Google/Yelp specifically.

  This is the most disappointing service I’ve ever had. I got 2 new tires on a Sunday and less than 24 hours later, I was sitting on the side of the interstate with a completely blown out brand new tire. I went back and they replaced the tire. Now it’s 4 days later and that same tire is flat.

  Awesome service! Kelly & Thomas were amazing. I was able to get in and out very quick! They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with additional knowledge about my car. It was easy to schedule an appointment!

  We were driving on the highway and all of a sudden our car starts screeching metal. We stopped and saw that the bottom engine cover came loose and no bolt was there. We tried calling every place near us and made a makeshift solution using clamps. This place was the first to provide any help and so we went there. They weren’t able to provide a permanent solution since we didn’t have the parts (proprietary from Honda and they were closed), but they helped us out by zip tying everything together. We were DESPERATE and they helped us out so much! Thank you!!!!
