- RCrussell championMar 21, 20265.0My wife blew the tire on my 2020 Stinger, so I was originally just looking for a cheap replacement to get me by until I upgraded wheels and tires. I had her call around and she got in touch with Marcus at Discount Tire. From the start, he was solid. When I came in, he took the time to actually look at the tire with me, explain what was going on, and made it clear why both rear tires needed to be replaced. I was still leaning toward going cheap just to get by, and he straight up told me, “Not on that car.” No pressure, just honest advice — and he was right. He pointed me toward a better option (Continental tires), explained the value, and made sure I understood what I was getting. On top of that, I ran into a PayPal issue that caused duplicate charges and a hold on my account. This could have easily turned into a bad situation, but Marcus went above and beyond — spent time on the phone with PayPal, worked through the issue, and kept me updated the whole time. Even though it wasn’t their fault, he made sure I was taken care of. They still went ahead and got the car done, added the warranty, checked things over while it was on the lift, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. End result: • Car rides great • Got the right tires instead of a temporary fix • Customer service was outstanding If you go here, ask for Marcus. He’ll take care of you the right way.

Joe was kind and explained the issue quickly, and Melvin took care of patching my tire, as well as checking the other three just to make sure there were no further issues. Both men were kind, and answered in detail questions that I had, as well gave me practical safety tips about my tires for in the future. Beyond thankful for their kindness and professionalism.
