Newest Edit- tailight has been replaced. Staff still very nice, however no mention or fix on the gas door that fell off after their repair (clip that holds it on was broken) Customer beware that even tho their repairs are covered by warranty on their work, if the blame can be passed to “someone ripped it off your truck to steal it” on a truck that never leaves a very nice gated community to go anywhere and hasn’t since repair and spent most the time in a garage, the blame will be passed and they are out of responsibility. Im guessing a retired lady walking her dog walked into someone else’s driveway mid day and ripped it off? As someone that owns a service business myself, I can’t fathom feeding a customer of mine an excuse like that when they don’t know where the truck has even been since repair. Never is taken to any public areas or public parking lots and hasn’t once since repair. They simply broke the tab and now it fell off and the blame was passed to someone stole my gas door cover and broke the tab in the process. Edit- store did reach out to fix taillight. I was told it likely failed because they installed a used taillight? $17k for repairs and got a used taillight. Was told a new one was ordered this time. No mention of gas door cover tho that fell off. I have no “proof” they broken the tab that holds it on when disassembling but odd they just disassembled and now a couple weeks later it falls apart because the tab was broke. Just told that someone stole it off and broke the tab when stealing it. No, they broke it on disassembly. Pretty laughable. My loss I guess. —————————————————————— Had bed of truck major repair done to the tune of $17,000 after an accident. Everything looked great and staff was nice. However, the gas cap ended up falling off a few weeks later. Likely due to a broken pin where the gas cap mounts so nothing was holding it on. Yes this was a part they originally removed and they VERY likely broke the pin then and therefore the cap cover wasn’t held on properly and fell off. Well now I’m out several hundred dollars for parts not including the repair. The back tail light they replaced is also holding moisture. I was told someone stole my gas cover cap by them and that was as far as they would go and that the moisture would come out of my tail light. 7 years prior of this truck and the gas cap never fell off and the lights never held moisture. The light they didn’t replace on other side of truck is still fine. I was told my story didn’t line up. Oh well.
