  Went in today to go get my brakes changed and who I think is the new shop manager was so nice, he didn't try to upsell me and made sure I was okay all the way till the end, nothing like last time where they tried to drain me for my money if he's over the shop I will definitely be coming back more often

  Let me tell you guys what Mr.Aaron is the man to come and see for all you automotive needs. Seem like talents aren’t being completely utilized. But this man is great with customer service and defusing upset customers. This man deserves so much the way he keeps working and pushing!!!

  So to start with the five stars is a big jump from the start of the original services. My bf had brought our car in for a schedule services and the person whom greeted us did not seem like he wanted to help more worried about sitting in his chair playing on his making a statement that his counterpart was on lunch ok... well we drop off the car telling him that we want our oil changed and one of the tires fixed due to a nail. An hour or so later someone from the store call I he said his name was Eric or Aron not sure but told us that our car was ready for pick-up. My bf asked about the tire and GUESS WHAT it was never fix nor put into the system. So the guy man that called gotten us back into the shop and the tire fixed now we find out the tire cant be fixed will cost but it's fine because the person who taken over our ticket change my whole view of goodyear and has regained my trust thank Eric or Aron we will see when it time to pick up

  I tell you wat I came into this location and was told good morning and felt welcome by Aaron this young man was great to work with gave me a quote for tires and alignment on vehicle. He did mention the goodyear card to me and due to timing I didn't have the availability to commit to staying any longer than what I was alloted. But great person to work with gave me his card and here I was thinking he ran the shop.... this man needs his own shop I don't believe that I have ever meet someone as informed as he is. I would love to see him running his own shop he was the bomb to work with and will do so again.. you keep going Aaron!!

  I came in yesterday late in the afternoon, just needing my car check out to make sure it's safe for my children and me! And let me tell yes I did have an appointment for that morning but couldn't make it i called and Mr.Aaron was able to give me a later appointment during the day!!! When I gotten in he greeted me with a welcoming smile and make myself and children feel very welcomed!!! Now when my car gotten in the tech did an outstanding job and when it came to the results of my car Mr.Aaron broke everything now and explained each and every part needed and what it does and why I needed it. No pushy sales or up-sale just a simple and honest person given me the information I needed to. I will definitely be back.
