    They did not have the car rental ready and gave away our vehicle. We had to sit and wait for 45 minutes for them to get another vehicle ready. The representatives also were very unfriendly and tried to not acknowledge us standing there.

    Horrible experience with this location and Enterprise in general. Rented a car in NJ and was driving to FL. Paid for roadside assistance and the works. As soon as I got to Georgia, the sunroof shaddered on I-95 S. Customer service had us driving in circles to different locations and no one could get us a car that fits 6 people and this location tried to give us a Mazda that fits 5 people. I have 4 children (10 and under) and they expected us to finish our drive to FL in that car. I felt like they really don't care the entire company. I had to go and rent a new car at another car rental. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

    0 stars if possible. Rented a car 3 months in advance. Needed a full size SUV for a large family trip. Got to check in day of and they said “sorry, don’t have one, you can have a mini-van instead”. But it will not fit the family. They said no luck since they offered another car. Corporate took their vehicles for another event and left them hanging. They had helpful staff that tried their best.

    I scheduled a rental car ahead of time through Enterprise. When I went to the counter I was told I needed to provide a credit card (which I don’t have) because I was flying out of a different airport than the one this Enterprise is in, even though I had already scheduled to drop the car off at a different location the next day. There was zero notice of this when I reserved the car about a month ago. The people working there weren’t exactly helpful, just threw their hands up and said there’s nothing we can do. Maybe not but a warning of this policy ahead of time, like when the car was booked a month ago would have been helpful.

    Wonderfully helpful staff at the Savannah Airport location. They made adding my sister as a second driver when she arrived the next day a very easy process. And upon return, the agent at the curb made the whole process quick and efficient!
