  Parker at the white bluff, Savannah location is amazing. I’ve rented from this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. Any hiccup that occurs they are right on it and handled in a timely manner.

  After a terrible accident on I-95 yesterday, my vehicle had to be towed to the Volvo dealership and I was in need of a rental car. My insurance company recommended Enterprise. A representative called after receiving the referral from the insurance company stating that he would "get me scheduled for a vehicle". I was at the dealership from 10:15 am until 6:00 pm WAITING for a rental car to be delivered to me. You do the math - yes, that's over seven hours, yet NO ONE EVER showed up from Enterprise! Nor did they have the decency, professionalism or cour·te·sy to call me to inform me that a vehicle would NOT be delivered before they closed. Even though I was informed that there was some sort of parade in town, is Enterprises' circle so small that they couldn't figure out how to get a vehicle from another facility?!? And, to add insult to injury, they closed at whatever time they closed and went on about their merry way, saying absolutely, positively NOTHING to me. I guess Enterprise knows nothing about strong leadership, customer centric services or high operational efficiency! I don't reside in Georgia, but I will tell you, the Enterprise Car Rental Company at White Bluff Road in Savannah has a lot to learn! Not only do they have a lot to learn, they need to train their employees to know HOW to provide high quality customer service in a time efficient manner. I am appalled!

  Upon entering the establishment I was pleasantly greeted treated with respect and dignity. The manager was able to exceed my needs I'm very helpful and attentive throughout the process. If in the future I would need a auto rental, I will definitely return to Enterprise car rental.
