  The Savannah, GA Montgomery location is great! The staff is exceptional, please get that man some air conditioning! Great service, they deserve a nice cold room to operate out of in this southern heat

  A car rental agency with no cars. They had multiple to choose from online yesterday and we foolishly chose one, reserved it, AND did the online check in thinking we were all set. This morning we were out of the door to pick it up when they called to say the car is not available and they have nothing else for us. We lost nearly $200 on a kayak trip that we were unable to get to because Enterprise booked us an imaginary vehicle. Looking at their yelp reviews it is clear this is an ongoing issue that they are unable or unwilling to fix. Travelers beware that your reservation may be pure fiction. They will pull the rug from under you at the last minute and leave you stranded. If you have a reservation, make a back up plan. Please don’t reply with patronizing excuses and a link to a chat bot. Everyone puts a return date on their reservation. How hard is it to keep track of your inventory?

  The staff at this location is great!! Special shout out to Morgan. I came in for a rental car, but the insurance company didn't specify a pick-up time, but the staff "worked their magic" and found a car for me. Then the insurance company put in the wrong type of car for my rental, so Morgan got on the phone with the insurance company, probably spending about 25-30 minutes on the phone with them, until it was straightened out for me to get the proper size car I was promised. Classic example of going "Above and Beyond".

  Today I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise, and I want to recognize Jarvis Williams for the exceptional service he provided. I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed due to my current situation, and Jarvis immediately showed genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. He didn’t just help me with a rental — he truly read my situation and met me with understanding and care. His calm spirit, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a difficult day much easier for me. What stood out most was his heart for helping people. His kindness felt uplifting and reassuring, and I truly believe he was placed there at the right time to be a blessing.
