At the counter, I was asked to pay a price difference of $160 from what the reservation had given me. So we cancelled the rental. Several days later, a woman from the store leaves a voicemail saying that I rented the truck and that they don't see the truck outside. I called and reminded them that I never rented their truck or even drove it! I was surprised by these issues with them because I had previously used them twice before for out of state moves.

They cannot find out reservation and seem to not know what they are doing. 20 minutes of fumbling around before we even got keys. Customer service at its worst. Go to the UHaul down Abercorn if you want a positive experience that won't make you want to bash your head in.
