  Exceptional service!! From the gentleman that answered the phone, the young lady that checked us in and the manager (I believe her name was Donna), everyone was very friendly, helpful, attentive and professional! Everything was explained and suggestions were made for other services that they recommended, but weren’t pushy about it, which is a pleasant difference from other places. I highly recommend this shop!

  Ms Donna was closing for the day and I had just ran over a nail her and her colleague reopen the shop and put a brand a new tire on my car a truly blessing in the shop glad she works here

  I purchased three “new” tires for $522.53. Everything seemed fine until I left the shop and my tire pressure light came on. I recalibrated, but the light returned while driving. When I came back, the receptionist treated me as if I had done something wrong. She offered to add air but made a dismissive comment that I could “just put air in next time.” This wasn’t my first experience with her. Last month, I had a rental through Enterprise that wouldn’t pull up in the system. I was stressed about going out of town to be by my step-father’s side for brain surgery, and her attitude made an already stressful situation worse. I call her “nasty-nice” — as soon as she’s irritated, her “professionalism” goes out the door. You never know what people are going through; being rude doesn’t get you anywhere and makes you ugly! I didn’t want to purchase the warranty for obvious reasons — I didn’t expect to be paying $500+ on tires when I just got my car out of the shop. But because of this experience, I became uncertain whether or not this shop actually gave me new tires. So I purchased the warranty. Needless to say, I spared her twice: back in November and today. There won’t be a third — let’s hope my review reaches the right people and the tires are good to go so I don’t have to see her again.

  Coming from the mall got a flat tire and had to pull in here . As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Donna and one of the guys in the shop . Donna had such a lovely personality. She was quick with everything, talked us through the whole process and helped get the best price . While still greeting everyone that came in. Her communication not only with us but all customers was amazing! The guys work quickly. Most definitely will return for any future needs
