- DLDonald Lamberth1 day ago1.0Not sure how long she has been there but the female at the front counter is very rude and disrespectful. If you ask additional questions she becomes irritated quickly. I spoke to Jake the store manager and he was super nice and took care of my concerns. Next morning I came in to have the front brakes done but same female told me the system was down and there was nothing they could. But she had to be rude while saying that. She just cuts people off and walks away saying “have a nice day”. I witnessed her being rude to another customer who was on his way to Florida from out of state and needed a tire plugged. We both ended up at Mavis on Montgomery Cross Roads. They were the totally opposite and even apologized to us for the store on Mall Blvd. I will be rating them as well. Good luck Jake. Your going to need it with that crue.

They got us in immediately, found the problem and got us taken care of. If we were local they would have more of my business because of how well we were treated! Additionally, they are very knowledgeable as we discussed an issue we have been experiencing with tire pressure sensors.
