I have put a lot of miles on the tires during my internship, each week on the other side of the state. The owner, Dan, and Earl were kind enough to work with me on replacing the tires and the warranty, offering discounts and minimal charges, as well as additional services. Thank you so much for your help, since I'll be on the road again at the end of the week. I will also return for the alignment once your machine is repaired. Thank you for today and your services over the years.
- AAAdminDec 27, 20255.0I had such an amazing experience with your location at 101 E Anderson St, Savannah, GA 31401 that I am considering shipping my cars there to get done from Florida. I own a car rental business in Florida... I had one of my car rentals break down last night 2 hours from closing and had to be towed there. The people here went so above and beyond and will forever be grateful. The family that rented the car was stranded there far away from home for Christmas and they pulled together to give the family money for food and bus, I paid for their hotel, but someone there gave them a ride to the hotel, gave me $300 off my service and stayed late to help out. What amazing help from this location!!! I would love Dan Holton and that location to be notified and appreciated for going way above and beyond and making it about an experience and not a tragedy. This could have went so wrong, and their care and helpfulness to make sure a family were taken care of, instead of stranded, is amazing and really shows the level of love and care you instill on them.

From the moment I walked in, Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. He took the time to clearly explain my options and made sure I understood the work being performed, which I really appreciated. I had two new tires installed, an alignment completed, and new front brakes, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently, pricing was fair and transparent, and my car drives noticeably better. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and customer care, but Dan truly does. If you’re going to Mavis Tire on Anderson Street, ask for Dan. You’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to others!
