I brought my vehicle here after another Mavis location discovered issues with a tire they had installed. The Anderson manager told me “the car was fine” and that my only problem was “too much air in the tires.” When I asked for a tread-depth check, he gave me an obviously false reading I recorded the measurement myself afterward and it showed a completely different result. When I requested a copy of my service record, the manager told an employee to delete my invoice instead of documenting the visit. That’s not just unprofessional it’s unacceptable. I’ve reported this incident to corporate under an open case number and will continue to pursue resolution through their compliance department. I’m posting this review so other customers know to document everything and verify their readings before leaving. Once Mavis corporate addresses this appropriately, I’ll update this review.
- RCR CNov 9, 20251.0Brought my car here for an alignment, and unfortunately, the tech I had was very lazy. My traction light illuminated a few moments into driving, after my appointment. I then took my car to another Mavis for a second opinion. I was told that whom ever did my alignment did a very poor job, if they even actually did it. I will be going back for a full refund. I posted a photo of the alignment job that was so poorly done.
