Came in to have my back end of my car repaired after being rear ended by a freightliner truck. The receptionist greeted me with compassion and respect. She was patient and very kind. She was always smiling and made me comfortable to be there. The shop went above and beyond in fixing my car . They were very good at keeping me informed about the process. When the got finished with my car , I almost didn't recognize it. It looked almost brand new. The car even drives better. They even took out a few dents and scratches as well as gave me a whole new back door. They even cleaned and detailed it. I am 100 percent satisfied. Every member of their team treated me with respect and dignity. I will use them again. And the receptionist definitely deserves a raise.shevwas very kind and knowledgeable of the process and details. I will tell everybody I meet about Joe Hudson's. They are absolutely the best repair shop that I have ever taken a car to. Thank you to the receptionist, the staff that fixed and took care of my car, as well as the management. You guys are friendly , knowledgeable, quick and very customer friendly.
