  Aaron is outstanding! Came in with no appointment for a set of tire for my daughter's car and he went over each tire option they had available. Then explained the insurance for the tires. I believe so much that Aaron would and will make a amazing store manager! I will only want to be dealing with him for the future.

  I had a great experience at Goodyear. Aaron took excellent care of me and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services. He walked me through my options, made sure I understood exactly what I was getting, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The whole process felt smooth and professional. Overall, they truly went above and beyond.

  Dwayne was so helpful! I came thru for service unexpectedly headed back home to Atlanta from a work route in Miami. Even though I was a walk in, service was still given in a pretty fair timing. I don’t know much about cars but with my description he helped me to see what exactly was going on! He showed empathy to the fact that this was impromptu repair and I really needed to get home so he gave me the option to finance my service after I expressed my concern of the expense. He didn’t just tell me what was going on but he allowed the technician to show me the problem. Whenever I’m in Savannah again, this will be my place for service. Good guys here, 5 stars certainly.

  Went for a screw in my tire because they are under warranty. Came out telling me that my battery failed thier test that I DID NOT ASK FOR. You have no reason to open my hood for a screw in the tire. Tried getting me to replace a perfectly good battery for $350 for a screw in a tire. Then the tire was only inflated to 35 PSI when the tire requires 50. I am a basic mechanic so if they tried getting one over on me, what will they do to a basic customer. I do not recommend this place unless you wanna get scammed.

  Best service ever! We were traveling pulling a 30’ travel trailer. Had a tire go bad on the trailer. Called this service center and spoke with Dwayne. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave me a quote and told us to come in. When we got there, Aaron checked me in and was just as friendly and knowledgeable. The technician got right on it, and we were on our way in hardly any time at all. I still can’t believe how easy this whole experience was; and how nice the staff is. Goodyear, you hired some amazing employees at this location. Wish all customer service was like them. Thanks Dwayne and Aaron!!
