Well, to my pleasant surprise- Gerber worked seamlessly with her insurance company, my rental from Enterprise (conveniently right across the street) was also a very painless process thanks to these pros! They also detailed my car and it was spotless! I picked up my ride in better condition than dropping it off! 10/10!

My insurance company had a hard time with getting my vehicle to the shop and when I got to the shop for an estimate, it took more than ample time than normal. I personally called myself on numerous occasions to converse with the estimator and was told he would call me back. He never called me back so I pursued with contacting the Corporate Office to address my concerns. This is bad customer service and unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to use this shop for repairs or assessments.
