- EAEmily Alderman1 day ago5.0I had a really great experience with this shop and can’t recommend them enough. Everyone was professional, honest, and helpful from start to finish. I especially want to shout out Tommie. He helped me throughout everything and made sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, patient, and went out of his way to answer my questions and keep me updated. Customer service like that really stands out. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this shop definitely earned mine. I’ll absolutely be coming back for all of my oil changes and if I ever need work done again.

It was inexpensive and the amazing manager, Jonathan, showed me everything on my car that would need to be fixed at some point and with a cost estimate. I love that they are honest and aren’t pushy for you to get work done immediately. This is the best place I’ve ever been to service my car and I will come back any time I need work done. They truly have integrity.

Be sure to get a quote BEFORE the oil change.. much to my surprise I was charged over $200 for an oil change of my BMW X5.. there are 2 up charges for “ European synthetic oil”which in fact is the same price as regular synthetic.. just be careful and ask for a quote before services are rendered. I asked to see the manager after the job was performed and the charge accessed.. and what I got was a long winded response from the tech who did the work explaining to me that the charges were stupid but that was corporate policy. Be careful… ask for a quote…

He was transparent from the start on what I could expect for pricing, and I was able to stay in my car while he did everything! Thank you for a great experience!

I usually do my oil changes here but this time needed some extra work for my car’s transmission. They were able to fit me in same day & complete the work. Robert explained everything needed and quoted me a reasonable price. Definitely will continue to come here.
