  The Enterprise location at Savannah Airport consistently delivers great customer service. I have been renting here for over 3 years. The check in and check out process is very smooth. The employees are friendly and helpful.

  Flight was delayed over 5 hours and the employees stayed way beyond their working hours to ensure my family got our rental car that night. Super grateful to them for making the stress off the delayed flight that less stressful. 5 stars without a doubt

  Took an hour for us to pick up our rental due to an assigned vehicle that wasn’t properly cleaned or refueled. We waited for a while for a representative to be available & were able to select a new vehicle. When dropping off our rental car, there were no workers assisting with drop off or any guidance with leaving the keys in the car, etc. there were a few people dropping off at the same time with us & we were all confused as we previously would have assistance with drop off at airports. I always rent with enterprise, so we’ll see if we use this location again.

  Sam and Monica saved my life!!!! Listen these two are the reason I'm an Enterprise Loyalist!! They saved my trip and help me in record time to be able to spend time with my princess. I was damn near in tears when they were able to get me to my munchkin after another agency screwed me over. Sam and Monica if y'all ever in Houston or the DMV please look me up I got y'all!! Words will never truly describe how eternally grateful I am for what you both did for me this week!! Enterprise Sam & Monica need raises, promotions and all that!!!

  Enterprise is so great! I will definitely be using them again should I need to rent a car. Prices were fair and affordable and I loved how readily available customer service was to answer my questions. As a first time renter I was really nervous about my travel plans, an CS helped me take the steps I needed to take to make sure my trip went as smoothly as possible. I also loved the early check in process. I was able to literally just pick up my keys and GO! Which was perfect considering my flight ended late and I was tired and ready to get out of the airport.
