    I rented a car the week of Christmas for 2 weeks. The service was very fast, I was in and out. The staff were very friendly. And I enjoyed my car. I would definitely rent again.

    I rented the car for the week of thanksgiving. I put in my reservation on the 11th of November. I get a call on the 20th saying that they don't have any cars that they had overbooked multiple people. And we're having to call them and tell them that there were no cars available. Called the office and I have called customer service twice. And it has not happened Enterprise's customer service is complete poop. They don't care about the customer from now on I will definitely try to use a different rental car service.. I come back and updated this review. Enterprise responded.. I have called two times to the customer service... both times they said somebody would get back with me ..nobody has reached out at all... and I'm still getting the emails and the text messages saying I have a rental to pick up today ,ThatI need to check in... Enterprise is a big company and they do not care about their customer service or how they treat people
