    I rented the car for the week of thanksgiving. I put in my reservation on the 11th of November. I get a call on the 20th saying that they don't have any cars that they had overbooked multiple people. And we're having to call them and tell them that there were no cars available. Called the office and I have called customer service twice. And it has not happened Enterprise's customer service is complete poop. They don't care about the customer from now on I will definitely try to use a different rental car service

    Parker is the best!!!! It was a little after 12 pm on Saturday and they were supposed to be closed but the door was open. Parker was outside helping someone else but didn't mind that people came in after hours. He said he would rather rent out cars that were on the lot than to have someone be stranded over the weekend. He is super sweet and deserves top dollar for his customer service!

    If I was able to give a zero star review, I would. This location is a complete joke. Customer service is non existent, cars smell like cannabis, and the people working there document not document anything appropriately. Use at your own risk.
