    The best Enterprise office outside of the airport. I lease cars frequently from Enterprise in multiple states, but from this location most frequently. Their only problems stem from ridiculous corporate policies, and not the local customer service team, which is exceptional.

    My partner and I rented a van here couple of months ago. The service was excellent. This time I had a reservation through Progressive Insurance. Since I have three cars, I returned my first rental early. Later, I tried to make another reservation under the insurance claim, but the Enterprise rep over the phone mixed everything up. When I arrived at the 101 Little Neck Road, Savannah, GA (267N) location, Sydney Powell informed me that my reservation was void because it was not set up correctly. Sydney went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the issue with Progressive. On the day I was supposed to pick up my minivan, she even called me at 8:54 AM to let me know that the customer who had the van before me hadn’t returned it yet and wasn’t answering calls. She immediately helped me locate another minivan in Savannah. When I arrived at the Downtown Savannah location, the staff there already knew about my situation and got me on the road within minutes. I truly appreciate the professionalism, prompt communication, and excellent service from both Sydney Powell and the Downtown Savannah team.

    I made a reservation 2 days ago 10/30 to pick up a car this morning 9/1 and just got a call 20 minutes before the store opens that they are in fact "sold out' and have no cars at available at all today 20 minutes before I am scheduled to pick up my reservation.
