  Zero stars if I could usually we have a pretty good experience but I've been missing a part that I paid for for over a week past it was supposed to be delivered. You call the store and nobody cares enough to help you they just say is nothing to do with them. Call corporate corporate does everything they can to find out but you have to get the store support number not the 1-800 number. The store needs to be secret shop for sure I hate to do it to them but Jesus to come in for a refund and then not even get paid for the shipping that never even got delivered.... That's ridiculous AutoZone corporate where are you

  I’m giving this store 5 stars only for the great service from Ms Ronda and Tavi’s were so helpful, but this store is too dark!!!!! I’m afraid to go there after 5. This is the only Auto Zone I’ve been to that’s this dark. It’s really unsafe for it to be this dark. You need more LIGHTS!!!!

  The manager at this location is terrible. It took 10/15 minutes for him to come out back so that Younger guy could come help me with the battery check. When the young guy didn’t know how to remove a piece to get to the battery, the manager refused to come out. When I asked a question, the manager said he didn’t know the answer and made no attempts to find the answer. The young guy did a good job testing my battery and changing it out. He needs training and support and that manager needs to be fired. He is not managing anything.
