This is the only Auto Zone I’ve been to that’s this dark. It’s really unsafe for it to be this dark. You need more LIGHTS!!!!

- BMBethany ManningOct 13, 20252.0The manager at this location is terrible. It took 10/15 minutes for him to come out back so that Younger guy could come help me with the battery check. When the young guy didn’t know how to remove a piece to get to the battery, the manager refused to come out. When I asked a question, the manager said he didn’t know the answer and made no attempts to find the answer. The young guy did a good job testing my battery and changing it out. He needs training and support and that manager needs to be fired. He is not managing anything.

I had to go in there two different times and she was awesome! She was pretty much by herself, and very busy, and she was very knowledgeable and really got me back on the road. Kudos to her in the store! I will shop there again and again since I live on Wilmington Island.
