From the counter, out to the lot, was greeted immediately, was told to pick a car!!! Picked out a nice one. Mazda 5. Pretty SUV and clean. Great drive and economical. The replacement car or thier roadside assistance car pose safety issue to drive and they let me use it. I can’t bear it and return it back and they keep on saying this is only one we’ve got. I asked them politely to find replacement. It took days before they decided to release one of their sitting in the garage. This happened during our vacation in Savannah, GA. The Alamo and Enterprise should really understand SAFETY And Customer Service when renting out their cars to a riding public. Don’t ride to this Mitsubishi Mirage with plate # 25921A “Wisconsin Fleet” . To the manager of Alamo or Enterprise… you need to drive car and tell us honestly if you enjoy it?

I’m coming back in February 2026 and will be using you guys again. I’m a girl who loves to joke around and have a good time, not take anything serious, and try to be the sunlight of employees days and they gave me the same attitude back.
