I ordered a new battery online and had come days before to get it picked up/installed and i was told there was no one at the time to get the job done since they were alone. Makes sense to me, so I said I would come back later that same day, but some unfortunate circumstances occurred and I wasn't able to come back until a couple days later. Its not their fault at all and im grateful for their patience, but unfortunately while getting my battery replaced I heard them complaining and talking about me quite loudly in the store about my situation. I guess they didnt know i was in ear shot. I'm sorry I came much later than expected and I wish I could've made things easier or better for yall, but I simply could not have made it due to my circumstances. Holidays have been rough and busy, and that didn't feel too good. Trey did a great job replacing my battery and I'm super grateful. Unfortunately I don't think I'm coming back. If you're getting a battery replaced, be sure to come earlier in the day before dark.
