  Walked in with no greeting. No one asked to help. When i went to stand in line i was told “the self check out is over there”. I had no idea the screen not attached to the pinpad was integrated into it. Not to mention its to the left of the pad, so if youre looking down at the pad the screen is barely in your periphery. I was then spoken to like i was a dunce bc i was unfamiliar with this illogical set up. I was supposed to get a free oil filter with my purchase, but the same person that told me where self checkout was and basically insinuated i was stupid. disappeared, i didnt see anyone else to ask about it and my patience was wearing thin anyways. Based on my brief time already in the store i decided the filter wasnt worth the aggravation i knew i’d endure to procure it. If you want to spend your money, do half their job for them, feel unimportant, unappreciated, and insulted definitely give this place a visit.

  Very very poor customer service. Multiple time I've entered the store with no one it shopping got my item and went to the register. I was told to wait despite having the clerk next to me on the computer and another employee stocking the shelves. I waited for 5 mins before leaving empty handed because they wouldn't check me out. Also the clerks will forget about your phone calls and leave you on hold . Not to mention the clerks in their working barely have any understanding of basic car parts.
