    I live in Michigan and my wife, daughter, and 2 grandkids were headed for spring break. The check engine light came on so they stopped at this Advanced Auto Parts store. I believe his name was Mel. He explained to me and my wife what he was doing while he did a diagnostic test. Testing determined it was nothing serious, and he reset the error codes. He was very helpful, courteous, and patient. I highly recommend this parts store. Ron

    Hello. Im from Rochester,N.Y. on my way from Orlando FL. To Rochester, my minivan gave me issues with battery light. But I knew the alternator was the issue. It was a Sunday and no shops open due to holiday as well. I didn't have time to wait for a shop to open and use my aftermarket warranty to help with the isusue. I stopped at the Avanced Auto Parts store#8193. A young lady by the name of Emily was attending me and helped me out. She even asked if n I needed help she knew someone that was willing to help me if he was available. She reached out to this awesome man that was willing to help. He has a business I remember it was called Reaper something. He helped me get it done. Everyone was amazing. Today I had to call cause the alternator is giving issues again. I spoke to a guy and a lady by the name Danielle, heard my issue and helped look into things for me due to not finding my receipt at the moment. She was kind and willing to help with no fuss nor sounding upset, really willing to help me. She found all the information I needed and even sent me all that information I needed, and said if any other issues I run into don't hesitate to call back. I must say if truly recommend this store to anyone. From there or traveling. Thank you to all that work there!!!

    I was able to get my battery replaced here swift and easy, but had a pretty uneasy encounter here. I ordered a new battery online and had come days before to get it picked up/installed and i was told there was no one at the time to get the job done since they were alone. Makes sense to me, so I said I would come back later that same day, but some unfortunate circumstances occurred and I wasn't able to come back until a couple days later. Its not their fault at all and im grateful for their patience, but unfortunately while getting my battery replaced I heard them complaining and talking about me quite loudly in the store about my situation. I guess they didnt know i was in ear shot. I'm sorry I came much later than expected and I wish I could've made things easier or better for yall, but I simply could not have made it due to my circumstances. Holidays have been rough and busy, and that didn't feel too good. Trey did a great job replacing my battery and I'm super grateful. Unfortunately I don't think I'm coming back. If you're getting a battery replaced, be sure to come earlier in the day before dark.
