  After recently moving to Sandy Springs I was looking for a reliable mechanic and luckily didn’t have to look very far! Both times I’ve been to Mr Tire the staff had been honest and doesn’t try to upsell me on car services. Mike, the store manager, leads great group that upholds integrity, which can be tough to find with mechanics in my past experiences.

  Went for brake change. Didn’t do a good job at all they were squeaky after the change and overpaying them. I had to pay someone else again to get them fixed and feel safe driving. If you care for your safety I would avoid this place

  Took my car for a simple oil change here. Deceptive pricing, bad service and very rude people. They overfilled oil so had to take back to get to correct levels. They didn’t even reset the oil change indicator on my car even on 2nd time. They were googling to see how to measure oil level on my car. I will have to take it to another place just to correct and pay again for a service I already overpaid.

  Worst experience—avoid this place. From the start, things were handled poorly. I was quoted a price over the phone when booking, but when I arrived, they never mentioned any increase before starting the work and ended up charging nearly double. Completely unacceptable. However, I paid in full and told myself never to return. It didn’t stop there—they couldn’t even complete a basic oil change correctly. I had to come back to get it fixed, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff had a dismissive and rude attitude. No accountability, no transparency, and no respect for customers. Definitely not worth your time or money.

  My service was regular 6 month maintenance. Mike is great and very helpful. Thought I would need a tire replaced but Mike said all was good.
