- AJAnika JeffreyApr 18, 20261.0Booked a reservation for April 17th for 1pm and received a confirmation. Showed up at 2 and they did not have any vehicles available. They said they would within a few hours and would call. I never heard from them. Called today (April 18th) at 9am to check the status. They said to come at noon and they would have vehicles available. Went around 1:30 to give them extra time just in case. They upgraded me to a luxury vehicle for the inconvenience. 5 minutes down the road, the vehicle overheated and the branch closed at 2. I am now waiting for a tow for the rental. More inconvenient than the reason I needed a rental to begin with. Very poor communication and clearly subpar maintenance. I was told I could do a vehicle swap at another location. I called the other location to confirm and asked if any fees would be associated. They said I would be responsible for the towing fee… for a vehicle I drove for 5 minutes and waited 5.5 hours for a tow for with a mechanical issue that is not my responsibility… I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve rented vehicles from this location several times when I’ve had issues with my personal vehicle.
