- EREric RothmanOct 11, 20255.0For the most part I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff here with the one exception of tonight. Not sure who the new girl is or what her attitude was about but I was trying to buy a swisher she “pretended” to look told me they don’t have it. Then when i proceeded to point it out to her she grabbed it like she was annoyed for me asking her to do her job then threw it on the floor after I payed for it! That is beyond unacceptable and my friend watched it all happen as well she does not need to be working there or needs better communication training.

And today I had a bad treatment, just because I stay a couple minutes in front of the QT, we been here for almost 4 years but today I felt so bad .. there is this girl who, who works there , she kicked me out so bad .. her name is Eva s ... I just found a friend and we were talking .. not doing nothing wrong .. she just came out and told us to go away .. I always meet people over there and I dont know what happened today ?? It's ok I'm not mad , but please train your employees like is someone in need ... Thanks. LOT ..

Morning *weekday* staff is great, but idk what’s up with the new afternoon & overnight employees. Having to ask for a bag for a huge bag of ice every single time I buy one or for multiple items seems a bit silly, and tonight I’m just not in the mood for the attitude. I didn’t hear the new cashier say “bag or receipt” and I said no, totally didn’t hear “bag”, but walking to my car with 5 items, idk…” May I have a bag?” “You said no, I said bag or receipt..” “Oh sorry I didn’t hear you” bagged my items and left. The back & forth, the attitude, it’s really unnecessary…
