  Every time I have an issue with my tires I bring my car here, this time I had a flat and they took care of it at no cost.. Who does that! Thank you for taking care of your customers ❤️

  This review is based on customer service. I came in for a tire repair. Was greeted by a tech who let me know that they would not able to do the repair to my due to the car being so low. Why’s five star review, let me tell you…. He refilled my tire free of charge, and directed me to a shop that was able to do the repair in 30 minutes. Didn’t catch his name, but dude was great! Thanks Mr tire!

  I had a very poor experience with this shop. After paying $1,100 for repairs, they failed to properly complete the work. It wasn’t noticed until after I left that my sway bar had not been reattached. When I returned to have the issue corrected, they refused to fix their mistake. Instead of addressing the problem, the over weight front desk employee escalated the situation by calling another employee out of the shop to stand beside him, which felt like an intimidation tactic rather than professional customer service. Because of their negligence, I now have to pay an additional $500 at another shop just to correct the errors from work that should have been done properly the first time. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this business to anyone

  Was given a quote for repair of tire puncture and oil change and a time estimate for it to be done . Supplied the model and make of the car. Was given quote of $49 for tire repair and $59:for oil change and told that it would take up to a max of 2 hours. Ended up taking 4.5 hours with me waiting last 1.5 hours at location……and a charge of $220.00: $49 for tire repair and $170.00 for oil change. Inexcusable as the make and model were known for quote. The charge was more than 2.5 times more than quoted.
