They said “oh it’s on the side of the tire we can’t repair it” (it’s not on the side but whatever). They didn’t have a tire in stock but they said they could order it and install it the next day. I had to be in Smyrna today so I asked if they could send it to the Smyrna location. They said no worries we got you. Show up to the Smyrna location and they tell me it’s company policy they can’t replace only 1 tire on a 4wd vehicle. Like say that from the start? Why would you lead someone on, quote them a price, and put in all this effort just to be like whoops you need 4x the cost?
