Surprisingly their branch handed me a key to a Nissan Versa year unknown with a missing hubcap, multiple cigarette burns, and a filthy interior. I asked was he joking and he said Why don’t you like it, it’s cute. Well I guess I’ll be cute too! I switched my car insurance to Safeco Insurance a Liberty Mutual Insurance company and this is an insurance claim rental. If this is what I have to look forward to I don’t want y’all or Enterprise ever again. #TheVirgoIsAboutToComeOut @highlight
- RHRussell HardemanOct 4, 20255.0I think I'll always rent from the Enterprise in Sandy Springs. They have a great staff and they do a wonderful job in helping you to get into a car. If I could, one of the things I would work on is with a younger men and women on how to engage older people or people in situations a little different from them. The Sandy Springs story is In a very affluent area and the young people need to learn how to talk with older people. Not everybody but a few. Maybe some diversity training would help at that store, but overall the main staff and the managers were exceptional.
