    I do not recommend renting from this location. They had not updated my reservation time so when I arrived, they did not have the car category I reserved available. The lesser category car that was available was also damaged but not noted, so they decided to come after me to repair the damages. They never emailed me the rental contract so I wasn’t aware how they noted the condition of the car. When checking out the car the manager said it was typical wear and tear. However, when I dropped it off, they said there was no indication of the prior damage and came after me to cover the cost of repair.Apparently it does no good to dispute the claim, unless you have hard evidence against it because even if your insurance doesn’t pay the claim, they come after you directly to get their money. Obviously someone overlooked a previous inspection that indicated the damage that happened prior to my possession of the vehicle.

    I came to pick up my rental on a Monday, and the car wasn’t ready. I had to wait about 25 minutes while they finished washing it. I didn’t make a big deal about it because the employee helping me was polite and helpful. As soon as I opened the car, I realized they had sprayed something to cover a strong cigarette smell. I let the employee know, but I had to leave because I was already running late. After about two hours of driving, the spray smell disappeared and the cigarette odor became horrible—it honestly smelled like someone had smoked ten packs of cigarettes with the windows closed. When I returned the car, Jonathan Murphy helped me with the checkout. I asked him to check the odor, and he agreed it wasn’t acceptable. He told me they would make it up to me and said he was about to send me an email. I waited there for 40 minutes and nothing came. When I told him I had to leave, he said, “I’m typing your email right now.” At this point, I think he’s still typing it. I haven’t received anything from them. It feels like they lied and didn’t actually care about fixing the situation. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Enterprise location if you want to be treated properly.

    Had an accident & needed wheels until I could get a replacement vehicle. They were able to get me a vehicle the same day & also allowed me to extend the length of my rental (due to it taking longer to secure a new vehicle) with NO issues & no pressure to return the car that I kept longer than I had originally stated! I'll be a return customer (if I need a car again in the future).
