  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The store manager, Michael, needs customer service training and he's very good at lying to the customers. If this is your last resort, keep your eyes on your vehicle to make sure you get the services you pay for. 1 star is too much!

  Stacey and Mike gave me a greet experience with them Monday. I got the most customer satisfaction And service. Had few good laughs with them as well. It's great when u can relate with the staff and they educate you on ur vehicle and the up keep of it.

  If I could leave no stars that would be my rating of this place. My 78 year old grandma stopped by this morning to get a light checked in car and she only had her checkbook on her for payment. They would not let her go home or to the bank to get cash they stated she had to leave her car. She had to walk home which was roughly 4 miles on foot. She has asthma, gout, and hard of hearing! Again, she is 78 years old! It was other solutions to this problem. They could’ve kept her license until she returned or something but no they wanted the payment that bad that she had to walk. She said that a guy was very rude to her as well! I’m beyond pissed at the service she received today and she will not be returning!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We had ordered tires online late last week & set an appointment for Monday morning (all online). When we got to the store, the tires hadn’t arrived yet. The guys called, found out when they were actually due to arrive (they had a window from Monday by 5pm- Tuesday by 5pm in their system) and then let me know exactly when they were expected. Called me when they arrived and then started working on the car as soon as I was able to arrive. They made sure the hiccup of ordering online wasn’t going to be a shrug the shoulders of they’ll get here when they get here and I greatly appreciated that extra step.
