Anytime I went there while he worked there, he made sure to make good and darn well that I was taking care of and was making the right decision on the part I bought and also that any questions I had he would explain to the absolute most detailed that I needed in order to make the correct purchase. He was the best employee that this particular advance Auto has ever had in my 10+ years of living here and buying from you guys. He helped me out so much and felt like a friend I had that was there to help and I feel like that's what a good part store needs to be a good parts store. Ever since he left the staff has gone to complete garbage, like terrible.. *Real Life Example*: I came in to get my battery checked and the new bigger chunky younger guy that's there now hooked the battery cables on the battery checker up backwards, and I had to personally tell him" hey you hooked those up backwards bud" and I was so furious about that but I didn't let it show because he is just a kid but still.. a parts store person should know how to hook up battery cables... Also plus anytime I come in there the staff is just constantly conversating about personal life issues and situations that they're having and going through at that particular time and I hear a lot of cussing that I personally don't care to hear anything about and I'm not offended or anything but the next guy might be or the next family that comes in might be offended about the in-depth personal issues that they're talking about. Long story short advance Auto parts needs to fire the people that are freshly out of high school that don't know anything that they're talking about and 100% need to hire back Ernie.
