  3rd time coming here. Made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change for 11:30am after waiting 30 mins for them to pull my vehicle in the bay it’s now 1:30 pm and they still aren’t done with the service. 3rd time this has happened.

  Had a tire that wasn’t holding air. Dropped my car off for a few hours. They were able to tighten the valve core stem and fill my tire back up at no charge! Such a relief. Thank you :)

  I normally service my vehicle at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, but I decided to try this shop after seeing a sign in my neighborhood offering a free brake inspection. They honored that offer and completed a courtesy brake inspection and diagnostics, which I appreciated. The issue identified was my front left wheel bearing and both front and rear ABS sensors needing replacement. Unfortunately, the experience after that was frustrating. The initial delay was due to a defective part being sent. After that, the parts supplier repeatedly sent the wrong ABS sensor—four times—which caused ongoing delays. I dropped my car off on a Monday and expected it back much sooner, but I ended up being without my car for several days. There were also communication issues. At one point, I walked to pick up my car after being told it would be ready, only to find out it wasn’t. Better communication about delays would have made a big difference and saved me the trip. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the manager, Jason, and Kevin were both professional and apologetic throughout the process. The customer service from them directly was not the issue. Overall, while I appreciate the initial inspection and the staff’s professionalism, the repeated parts issues and lack of clear communication made this a difficult experience.

  I brought my car into Mr. Tire because my brakes were grinding, so I knew the repair was urgent. I do appreciate that they were able to take my car in and complete the work the same day. That said, the overall experience was frustrating. I arrived around 12:50. I explained the situation and said I would wait the Starbucks. At 2:25, I was called and quoted around $1,400 for brake pads and rotors, which felt high, especially for the lowest-tier option, but I understood this was a same-day repair and agreed to move forward. They also said it would take about an hour and a half from there. I returned around 4:30 expecting my car to be close to done, only to find out the wrong brake pads had been ordered, causing further delays. I continued waiting and checking in for updates, and my car wasn’t ready until 6:05, about two hours past the original estimate and over 5 hours after I arrived. The assistant manager I interacted with was kind and seemed to be doing his best to help, which I appreciated. However, the overall process was disappointing. They did take $100 off for the delay after I asked, which I appreciated. However, what was most disappointing was getting back into my car and finding multiple grease shoe stains inside on the door, side panel, and carpet. I understand my car is older, but basic care and cleanliness should still be expected. Between the high cost, extended delays, and lack of attention to detail, this was not a great experience and I would not return.
