When I brought it to their attention, they denied any responsibility and claimed it was just a coincidence, insisting I take it to a dealer since they “only installed tires.” In the end, I paid $500 and left with more problems than I came in with. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the manager was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
